24 HOUR POLICY
For individual lessons, tuition is due 24 hours BEFORE lesson time. If tuition is not paid, I reserve the right to schedule someone else in that time slot and charge your account.

LESSON CANCELLATIONS
I can be contacted via voice or text messaged at 917-310-3691. If you CAN NOT make a lesson, you MUST contact me 24 hours in advance via VOICE message or EMAIL.
LESSON TIMES, RATES & INVOICING (including Webcam)
Lesson times are emailed via a lesson reminder email. The lesson amount is due 24 hours before the lesson.
Payments can be made through Venmo, Zelle or via by credit or debit card via my MMS Student site* . The lesson reminder email will have all of the information.

Rates are subject to change.
*You must be a registered student to pay via my student site.
WEEKLY/MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS
Memberships are through this site and are rates are subject to change, but I do my best to keep it affordable. Payment for your membership is NOT through TakeLessons or My Music Staff Student Site.
You may opt to purchase more vocal lessons through either of those sites, but please review the type of schedule you will want.
TERMINATION POLICY
In order to keep your lesson time and day, you must communicate with me if you plan to continue or terminate lessons. Invoicing will continue unless I am contacted.
ABSENCE & MAKE-UP LESSONS
Our goal is to get you performing. If a performance schedule interferes with your planned lesson, simply contact me for rescheduling.
Student Absence – Lessons MUST be canceled 24 hours BEFORE scheduled lesson.
If you are on a pre-paid monthly schedule, you may reschedule the missed lesson sometime during that month BEFORE the next month invoice.
In special case of illness or emergency, you MUST contact me.
ALL MISSED LESSONS ARE FORFEIT IF I AM NOT CONTACTED WITH IN 24 HOURS. Your account WILL BE charged.
Teacher Absence – You will not be charged for my absence. We will either reschedule or proceed to the next scheduled lesson. If you are on monthly tuition, we will reschedule with-in that same month.
I am a working professional and sometimes, as with you, auditions, performances and industry meetings keep me from a certain date and time.
PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS
In order for you to make progress you MUST practice your vocal warm-ups on a daily basis! I give you songs to work on specific parts of your voice and it is VITAL that you learn them in addition to the songs you are learning for performance.
All of your sheet music will be available on My MMS Student Site.
**A note to parents/guardians: I expect you to monitor your child’s practice and progress. Please come to me with any questions or concerns you may have.
WEBSITE AND STUDENTS
If you are already a take lessons student you MUST purchase lessons through the TakeLessons.com site. There are NO exceptions. Their number is: 619-858-2200. If you are a TakeLesson.com student and have already purchased a Membership through my site, please contact me so I can adjust your TakeLesson.com account.
Lesson that comes with your membership will be scheduled from this website. ALL ADDITIONAL LESSONS MUST BE SCHEDULED AND PURCHASED AT TAKELESSONS.COM OR Music Teachers Helper. (Not both! You must chose one.)
